1.⁠ ⁠Website Use

Our junk removal services are offered based on local availability, job scope, and scheduling. We reserve the right to decline any service request due to safety concerns, legal restrictions, hazardous materials, prohibited items, or jobs that exceed reasonable weight or size limits.


3.⁠ ⁠Quotes and Pricing


Any quotes given — whether over the phone, online, text, or by email — are estimates only. Final pricing is determined after an in-person assessment of the items to be removed. We will always confirm the final price before work begins.


4.⁠ ⁠Customer Responsibilities


Customers must ensure safe, clear access to the removal site and disclose any unusual, hazardous, restricted, oversized, or difficult-to-access items in advance. We are not responsible for delays, additional charges, or service issues caused by undisclosed hazards, unsafe conditions, blocked access, or inaccurate job information.


5.⁠ ⁠Payment Terms


Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept Zelle, Cash App, cash, credit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Credit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay payments may include a 3.6% transaction processing fee. Failure to pay may result in late fees, collection activity, service refusal, or legal action where permitted by law.


6.⁠ ⁠Service Tax


A 7% service tax will be applied to all jobs at the time of invoicing. This service tax is separate from any cancellation fee, missed appointment fee, transaction fee, or additional service charge. By booking with us, you agree to this policy.


7.⁠ ⁠Cancellations


We understand that plans can change. However, junk removal appointments require crew scheduling, travel time, truck availability, and reserved appointment windows.


 Same-day cancellations, missed appointments, no-shows, or cancellations after our crew has been scheduled or dispatched may result in a cancellation fee.


Cancellation fees may include $50 for smaller jobs, $100 for larger jobs, and up to $250 for the larger jobs, multi-truck jobs, commercial jobs, or jobs requiring significant crew scheduling, travel, or preparation.


Cancellation fees are used to help cover scheduling costs, travel time, crew preparation, reserved truck availability, and lost appointment availability.


8.⁠ ⁠Intellectual Property


All content, branding, images, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of Simon Services Junk Removal. You may not use, reproduce, or modify any content without our written permission.


9.⁠ ⁠Third-Party Links
