Our junk removal services are offered based on local availability, job scope, and scheduling. We reserve the right to decline any service request due to safety concerns, legal restrictions, or if the materials are hazardous, prohibited, or exceed weight/size limits. 

3. Quotes and Pricing 

Any quotes given—whether over the phone, online, or by email—are estimates only. Final pricing is determined after an in-person assessment of the items to be removed. We will always confirm the price before work begins. 

4. Customer Responsibilities 

Customers must ensure safe, clear access to the removal site and disclose any unusual or restricted items in advance. We are not responsible for any issues caused by undisclosed hazards, unsafe conditions, or improper packaging. 

5. Payment Terms 

Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept Zelle , Cash app, Cash *Credit card , Apple Pay & Google Pay 3.6% transaction fee*. Failure to pay may result in late fees, service cancellation, or legal action. 

6. Cancellations 

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may incur a fee to cover crew scheduling costs.

7. Intellectual Property
